Healing Pathway Victim Service Agency is a recognized 501c3 nonprofit organization, formed in 2012. Healing Pathway advocates and empowers children that have lost a parent or parents to homicide within the Kansas City metropolitan area.
We provide compassionate and professional support to the smallest co-victims of homicide, surviving children.
Programs & Services
All services are confidential. We follow a Trauma Informed Care model to empower co-victims of homicide to meet their self-identified goals of healing.
Case managers are trained professionals that monitor program participants, ensuring that they are receiving services without interruption.
Mentors & Victim Advocates
Ongoing modeling of professional development and providing partnership and communication with key city and state victim advocates
Healing Pathway will link families to literacy and tutoring programs throughout the Kansas City metro area.
Healing Pathway Victim Service Agency envisions a community that supports the smallest surviving victims of homicide, the children that are left behind. Our vision is to support each child through crisis, using effective collaboration and partnership, with a multidisciplinary team of service providers that share a common goal of victim advocacy.
Healing Pathway welcomes support and loves to align with organizations, community members and businesses that share the same passion of helping children impacted by violence.
Donations can be made to our general mission or directed to a specific area of programming. Sponsorship can also be provided for our annual events.
